Service Terms and Conditions

Please take note that in booking a tour with Tony’s tours you acknowledge that you have read and understand that you are bound to these terms and conditions below.

The terms and conditions will apply by booking or by participating in a tour or transfer (“organised trip”) with Tony’s Tours (“Tour Operator”), you (“you/client/traveller”).

Bookings
Traveller must provide the tour operator with any useful information, which is requested of him/her or that may affect the tour/shuttles service. When incorrect information is provided, this may lead to addition costs to tour operator and these costs may be charged accordingly.
Tony’s Tour will not be held responsible or liable for traveller(s)/clients travel documentation, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all documents / travel insurance is correct and up to date and available on request.
Any changes to booking needs to be communicated via written notice of changes within 3 days of tour. If the traveller requests changes, the tour operator may immediately charge them with all expenses caused thereby. All changes or additional trips / tours are subject to availability.
Transferability of booking to a third party must meet ALL required conditions and payments with a written notice to the tour operator no later than 7 days prior to tour.
Transferability of the booking
The passenger may, before the start of the journey, transfer his journey to a third party who must meet all conditions of the contract to the travel organization. The transferor must inform the tour operator and, where appropriate, the travel agent, in time before the departure of this transfer.
The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the total price of the trip and the cost of the transfer.

Pricing and Payment
The prices on website are per person, unless otherwise specified by tour operator.
Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates and fuel pricing. Only written price confirmations are valid. All pricing is in South African Rands (ZAR). Exchange rates are listed on the website.
Quotations are valid for 7 days thereafter the prices will be subject to change without notice until confirmed booking. Quotes are guaranteed once full payment has been received and documentation received.
Prices do not include passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; taxes or duties; any food or beverages not listed on the website.
Tony’s Tours accept the following credit cards: Master and visa. Debit or credit card payments are required in full payments.
Payment services for purchasing or processing of services on the website are provided by Paygate and or Mobipay on behalf of Tony’s Tours PTY LTD. (Please take note of T&C’s for payment processing by provider/s.)
Drivers or tour operators that require overnight accommodation, prices will be quoted for overnight accommodation.
Please note that gratuities/tips for tour operator, guides, drivers, associated facilities or the director of Tony’s Tours are not included in the prices for the tours or transfers.

Cancellations
The cancellation fees are variable according to the time of cancellation.
The exact date of the cancellation is determined by the date of receipt by the tour operator.
One month’s notice 100% refund.
Two week’s notice 50% refund.
One week’s notice 20% refund.

Timetables
The published timetables are indicative. The traveller must consider all circumstances that this can be changed both before and during the tour.

Tony’s Tours reserve the right to acquire or to use alternative vehicles and/or drivers if/and when the need(s) are required. This may lead to additional costs to the tour operator.

We (Tony’s Tours) will not Indemnify You against Your legal liability arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the operation or arrangement by or on behalf of You of travel, accommodation or leisure facilities for any purpose.

Tony’s Tours is not liable for any costs arising from delays due to weather, accidents and any unforeseen circumstances that will affect the tour/transfer.
